How a Prozis discount code works

Most discounts at Prozis are coupons, not automatic sale prices. When a product has one, the page shows the percentage and a Copy button, with a line saying the saving applies to the struck-through price. You paste the code into the coupon field during checkout, which needs a logged-in account. At the time of writing, the 907 g 100% Real Whey dropped from £42.36 to £29.65 this way, and a few other whey lines carried 20% coupons. Prozis also sells bundles, such as whey plus creatine at 20–30% off the combined price. Some products come with a free gift attached.

The product-page coupons come with a countdown of about 71 hours that appeared to start when the page was first opened, not on a fixed campaign date. The percentage changed from 20% to 30% on the same product within minutes. So a coupon is not a store-wide price that everyone gets on the same terms, and there is no need to rush because a timer is running. Prozis also sends shoppers to offers through links. Its cookie list includes one that ties a coupon campaign to your session or account when you arrive through such a link.

Prozis doesn't publish a rule on combining codes. The only explicit restriction is that Prozis gift cards cannot be used together with promotional codes. Because the shop's own offers already run through the coupon field, expect one code per order unless the basket clearly shows two discounts applied. Compare a product-page coupon with any other code you hold on the same basket before paying. The terms also say every campaign is subject to stock and may be cancelled if a price was shown in error.

The newsletter sign-up in the footer promises news and promotions by email. The UK site did not advertise a fixed welcome discount for first orders at the time of writing. Its terms spread the work across sister companies: one handles customer service, another runs the website and order processing, and a logistics company works from a warehouse at Póvoa de Lanhoso in northern Portugal. That warehouse is also where UK returns go. The UK storefront at prozis.com/uk/en is a proper country site rather than a translated EU shop. Prices are shown in pounds, the terms name the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the banner advertises free shipping from £34.99. You need a customer account to order (minimum age 16), and the payment page warns that some payment methods may be charged in euros even though the shop displays pounds.

The catalogue is built around the Prozis label. The whey page alone lists around fifty lines: 100% Real Whey Protein, Supreme Whey, Zero Diet Whey, Natural Real Whey Isolate, Whey Hydro Isolate, clear whey, whey coffees such as Protein Latte and Mochaccino, meal-replacement shakes and single-serve sachets. Around that sit creatine (plain monohydrate, Creapure and MicronPure), magnesium bisglycinate, omega-3, vitamin D3 with K2 and multivitamins. A separate Healthy Food section covers food and cooking ingredients, and there are women's clothing and fitness-equipment sections too. A small Doping-Free Certified shelf held just four 'Professional' products at the time of writing: magnesium, Creapure creatine, vitamin D3 and a multivitamin. None of them was a whey.

The product pages give you more detail than many supplement shops. The 100% Real Whey page shows the batch number and best-before date of the stock being sold, plus a full nutrition table per serving with reference-intake percentages and a complete amino-acid profile. The unflavoured version is a single ingredient: whey concentrate with lecithin as an emulsifier. A 30 g scoop gives 23.1 g of protein, 1.6 g of sugars and 1.8 g of fat, which is 77 g of protein per 100 g. Zero Diet Whey is a different product: an isolate-and-hydrolysate blend with added amino acids, vitamins, a digestive-enzyme complex and sucralose, giving 20.6 g of protein in a 21 g serving. The label says 'with sweetener', so flavoured tubs are worth checking if you avoid sucralose.

Pricing is where Prozis needs the closest reading. At the time of writing, 100% Real Whey cost £42.36 for 907 g and £84.72 for 1,814 g. That is £46.70 a kilo either way, so the bigger bag saves nothing. Archived copies of the UK site from July 2025 show the same whey in a 2,000 g bag at £50.04 to £51.71, about £25 a kilo, with no reduction shown against it. Two things have changed since then. The price per kilo has nearly doubled, and the bags have shrunk from 1,000 g and 2,000 g to 907 g and 1,814 g. The isolate followed the same path, from £35.91 per kilo in 2025 to just under £60 for 907 g now. Buyers have noticed the smaller sizes, and the complaint turns up in public reviews.

On Trustpilot, Prozis is one of the most-reviewed shops in its field: 232,487 reviews, a TrustScore of 4.6, 84% five-star and 4% one-star, with about 49,000 reviews in the last twelve months. Trustpilot notes that Prozis invites all its customers to review, and that the company had replied to about 10% of negative reviews. The one-star reviews repeat the same themes: products arriving close to their best-before date, crushed parcels, orders that never turned up, and frustrating live-chat conversations. The star ratings on Prozis's own site are high too, but they are not independent. The terms pay 15 ProzisPoints for each approved product comment, and Prozis moderates comments before publishing them.

Some of the small print is out of date or contradicts itself. The UK dispute-resolution page still sends shoppers to the European Commission's online dispute platform. UK consumers lost access to that after Brexit, and the platform has since closed. The refund deadline is given as 14 days in one section and 15 days in another. The loyalty rules cap points spending at 9,000 per order in one paragraph and 12,000 in another. None of this stops you ordering, but it is a reason to keep screenshots and your order confirmation, and to rely on your UK statutory rights rather than the shop's summary of them.

More money-saving tips for Prozis

• Watch the £135 line for import charges — Prozis ships from Portugal, so a UK order counts as an import. Under UK rules, the seller normally charges VAT at checkout on consignments worth £135 or less. Above that, import VAT and any duty are usually collected by the courier before delivery. Prozis says a pop-up warns you before you confirm an order that may attract customs charges, so read it rather than clicking past. If you can, split a big stock-up into orders under £135.
• Compare price per kilo, not per bag — At full price, the 1,814 g Real Whey costs exactly twice the 907 g: £46.70 a kilo either way. With a 30% coupon on the 907 g, two small bags come to about £59 against £84.72 for the big one. A typical 10–12% code on the full price lands at roughly £41–42 a kilo. At 77% protein, the unflavoured concentrate on full price works out at about £61 per kilo of actual protein.
