Who is responsible
The controller for personal data on diski.co.uk is LWPH Media, Welnastraat 317, 1096 GJ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. If you have a question about privacy, email us at our email address. You'll find more details on our legal information page.
At a glance
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, tracking tools or advertising networks. You don't need to register and we don't ask for any personal details. Our fonts are loaded from our own server.
Hosting and server logs
The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to deliver it, in particular your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address requested and details of your browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, and we have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare.
Affiliate links
Some links to online shops are affiliate links. If you buy something after clicking one, we may receive a commission from the shop; it doesn't change the price you pay. When you click, you are sent to the shop through the relevant affiliate programme. The affiliate network and the shop may use cookies or similar technologies to attribute the purchase to us – their own privacy notices apply to that. We do not receive any personal data about you in the process.
Contacting us by email
If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) UK GDPR). We delete this data once it is no longer needed for that purpose, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Article 21). Just email us to use any of these rights. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK, or to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, which supervises us in the Netherlands.
Changes
We update this privacy policy when the website or the law changes. The current version is always available at diski.co.uk/privacy-policy/.
