How a Body & Fit discount code works
Most savings at Body & Fit show up as sale prices rather than as something you type in. The Deals collection and the product pages show struck-through prices on selected lines, and at the time of writing the Perfection Protein Bar and High Fibre Protein Bar were marked up to 20% off, with a 12-bar box at £19.99 instead of £24.99. Mix boxes and multi-packs work out cheaper per item than single bars or drinks. The Outlet section is separate and small, mostly older formulas and lines being phased out.
There is also a discount field at checkout, and the shop sends out its own codes through its newsletter and social channels. How big the welcome offer is depends on which page you read. At the time of writing, the UK homepage advertised £10 off a first order for newsletter sign-ups, the About page said 10%, and an archived FAQ page described 15%. Treat whatever the sign-up form promises on the day as the offer that counts. The FAQ also warns that codes come with conditions on what's in the basket or on the order value, so a code that fails usually means those conditions aren't met.
Free gifts are a regular feature. The store runs a basket-rewards tool that adds a gift automatically, or unlocks one, once your order reaches a set amount. The archived FAQ put the first gift at £35 and more at £60. The gift has to be selected before you check out: once the order is packed, customer service can't add it afterwards. Some of these gift offers are set up to combine with other discounts and some aren't, so check the basket total before paying.
Account holders can also refer friends. The referee gets a voucher tied to their email address if they are new or haven't ordered in the last 12 months, and the referrer earns credit once that order clears a minimum value and isn't returned within 14 days. The credit can only be spent at Body & Fit, can't be swapped for cash, and the terms say the rules on combining vouchers can change without notice.
About Body & Fit
Body & Fit started in Heerenveen, in the north of the Netherlands, in 1995 and grew into one of the best-known online sports-nutrition shops in the Low Countries. The Irish group Glanbia bought it in 2017 and ran it as its European direct-to-consumer arm. In 2025 Glanbia announced it was selling the business again, and Dutch trade coverage reports that one of the original founders was the buyer. The shop has since been presenting itself as a pioneer from 1995 setting a new course, with a reworked own-brand range. The UK pages haven't quite caught up: the About page still talks about 25 years in the industry, and the 'Our policy' page is still Glanbia's modern slavery statement from 2018.
For a shopper in the UK, the business behind the site is Body & Fit Sportsnutrition B.V., at Mars 10 in Heerenveen, according to the privacy statement on the UK store. That statement also lists bodyenfitshop.co.uk as one of its trade names and gives a freephone UK number, 0800 0294 555. The storefront is a Shopify site with GBP selected for the United Kingdom, a working basket and prices in pounds. It is clearly run from the Netherlands, though, and a few Dutch phrases still show up in the English menus and on product pages, such as a mix-box offer on the protein bars and part of the creatine description.
The core of the shop is Body & Fit's own range, relaunched under the Perfection name. Perfection Whey is made from what the brand calls NutriWhey, extracted from fresh Dutch milk. The label promises up to 26 g of protein per 35 g scoop and about 7.6 g of BCAAs, and costs £29.99 for 800 g at the time of writing. Around it sit Perfection Whey Lemonade, a lactose-free clear whey isolate at £26.99 for 500 g, the larger Perfection Protein Lemonade, the Perfection Protein Bar, a new pre-workout and a simple Creatine Monohydrate from £8.59.
What sets Body & Fit apart from a pure own-brand label is how much else it sells. The UK catalogue lists roughly 580 products, and fewer than half carry the Body & Fit name. Swanson vitamins and supplements make up the largest single block, and there are ranges from Optimum Nutrition, Olimp, Applied Nutrition, Universal, Powerbar, Ghost, Cellucor, Grenade and Barebells. There are also diet foods of the kind a supplement brand rarely bothers with: liquid egg whites, protein pancakes, low-calorie pasta, cooking spray, fruit spreads and oats. You can fill a basket for the kitchen as well as the gym.
Orders placed before 6pm on a working day are packed the same day. According to the delivery page, standard delivery to the UK takes three to five working days and costs £4.99, free over £50, while express takes one to two working days from £20.99. The delivery page excludes the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey. You can pay with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay or Klarna, including three interest-free instalments on orders over £35. Reputation is easier to read on the Dutch side than the British one. The main Trustpilot profile for the business is its Dutch one, with several thousand reviews. - Get past £50 for free delivery — Standard delivery costs £4.99 below £50 and nothing above it. A second tub, a box of bars or some cupboard staples such as oats or egg whites often costs little more than the delivery charge, and you'd be buying them anyway.
- Check the net contents and servings — The product pages sometimes disagree with themselves. The 800 g Perfection Whey shows a serving count in the size picker that doesn't match the '23 servings' on the label information further down. Work out the price per 100 g or per scoop from the net weight rather than trusting the headline serving number.
- Don't open anything you might return — Supplements and food can only go back complete and unopened, and the returns page says £3.50 is deducted from your refund for return postage. Exchanges aren't possible. If you're unsure about a flavour, try the smallest size or a single bar first rather than a 2 kg tub.
- Watch the dates on fresh items — Liquid egg whites and some bars have relatively short best-before dates, and at least one UK buyer ended up with two dozen cartons expiring within a month. Buy fresh items in quantities you'll actually use, and read the best-before date in the product name on reduced lines.
