How a NA-KD discount code works

NA-KD's checkout has a field labelled 'Discount code and gift card'. That is where a promotional code, a gift card or an NA-KD voucher goes, and signed-in customers can add store credit in the same place. According to the help centre, gift cards can be combined with a discount code. If a code is rejected, the message says either your basket doesn't meet the offer's conditions or the code was mistyped. Offers often have conditions such as a minimum spend, and the terms say each offer's conditions are set when it is issued and that NA-KD can withdraw an offer at any time.

The timing rule matters most: the FAQ says a discount code can't be added once the order has been placed. Enter it before you pay, not afterwards. There is one useful exception in the help centre: if you return an item bought with a code and want it in another size, customer care can reapply the code to the new order. They need both order numbers. NA-KD doesn't do exchanges, so this is the way to swap a size without losing your discount.

The brand's own offers are quite generous. Newsletter sign-up promises 20% off your first purchase, sent to your inbox as a code; you have to be 16 or older. The account page also nudges first-time visitors to sign up for 'a better offer'. Sitewide events are frequent. At the end of September 2026 the whole storefront was running 30% off everything, and new-season coats were already shown at the reduced price. Special Prices, the outlet, runs alongside those events at its own permanently lower prices.

Some promotions apply automatically. The checkout has a separate line for an automatic discount, and some styled looks carry an outfit discount when you buy every piece. So during a sitewide sale, check what the basket already takes off before you enter anything. Whether a code stacks on top depends on that code's own conditions. Put it in the field and look at the running total before you commit.

About NA-KD

The seller is Nakdcom One World AB, a Swedish company registered under number 556971-2002 with its trading address at Väverigatan 14 in Gothenburg. There is no British entity and no British shop, so a UK order is a purchase from a Swedish business on its standard English-language terms. Those terms say sales are to private individuals only: the company can refuse an order if it suspects resale. The Gothenburg address is for correspondence only, and the company info page says so in bold. Customer care runs through a contact form and a customer-care email address listed on the company info page. The help centre promises a reply to the form within 24 hours and says an automatic confirmation should arrive straight away, so if nothing turns up, check your spam folder before sending the question again.

NA-KD describes itself as a Scandinavian fashion house that was born digital and is shaped by social media. That is a fair summary of how it grew: the brand built its name on Instagram and TikTok and still runs regular collaboration capsules with people from fashion and online culture, alongside its own seasonal campaigns. At the time of writing the storefront was promoting its Fall/Winter 2026 collection, a monochrome capsule called Solitaire and a guest-designed collection with its own padded outerwear. The business has had a rough few years. It closed a newly built Dutch warehouse early in 2025 and went through a year-long financial reconstruction in Sweden. Trade press reported that it ended with new capital and a new owner. The UK site trades normally, with a full catalogue and working checkout.

The catalogue is broad but clearly aimed at women. The main sections are dresses, tops, sweaters, shirts and blouses, coats and jackets, blazers, trousers (listed as Pants), jeans, skirts, shorts, swimwear, lingerie and co-ord sets. Coats and jackets alone listed about 278 styles when we checked, split into trenchcoats, fall jackets, wool coats, faux fur and puffers. There is also an Office Wear edit, a Basics section and a Coming Soon page for pieces that are not yet on sale. Tailoring is a real strength: blazers and wide high-waisted suit trousers turn up in almost every edit, including the outlet.

Full prices on the UK storefront sit in the upper-high-street range. A folded-sleeve knitted sweater that comes in thirteen colours is £29.95 before any promotion. The high-neck belted short coat is £69.95, wool-blend belted coats are £119.95, and the classic trenchcoat is £99.95. The Premium Selection line goes higher: a knitted cashmere round-neck sweater is £119.95, suede and leather totes run from about £55.95 to £139.95, and a leather patch-pocket blazer tops the autumn range at £229.95. Colourways are shown as separate products, so one coat can appear three times in a listing. Keep that in mind when a category page looks bigger than it really is.

Delivery to the UK uses Evri, either to your door or to an Evri ParcelShop, and both are listed at three to five working days. The warehouse usually needs one to two working days to hand the order over, so allow about a week in total, and longer during sales. NA-KD does not deliver to Guernsey or Jersey. The storefront settings put free delivery at £59, with a £4.95 charge below that, but the checkout always shows the current figure. The terms warn that customs and import charges can apply to parcels from abroad. Checkout has its own line for a customs fee, so check the grand total before you pay. You can't change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Reviews are mixed, and the complaints follow a pattern. NA-KD.com is rated 3.2 out of 5 on Trustpilot across well over ten thousand reviews. The positive reviews mention fast delivery, good-looking clothes and helpful customer service. The negative ones focus on returns: the shorter window, the fee, charges per extra item and label hassles. Other recurring complaints are parcels stuck with the courier and quality that doesn't always match the price, with synthetic fabrics a frequent target. The company replies to nearly every review. We found no Feefo profile for NA-KD, so Trustpilot is the main public source for UK shoppers. On the sustainability side, NA-KD says it climate-compensates all shipping and uses recycled plastic mailing bags. It also says around 97% of returns are quality-checked and put back into stock.

Reductions of 40 to 60% were common, for example a wool-blend high-neck short coat down from £99.95 to £39.98. It is always open, so you don't have to wait for a seasonal sale to find a bargain.
• Clear UK pricing and delivery — With the United Kingdom selected, prices show in pounds and delivery runs through Evri, to your home or to an Evri ParcelShop, in three to five working days. Free delivery starts from a set basket value, £59 when we checked. Checkout lists the shipping fee, any customs fee and a VAT line, so you can see the final cost before you pay.
• Colours and sets make outfits easy — Many basics come in a wide range of colours: the folded-sleeve knitted sweater, for example, comes in thirteen. Co-ord sets have their own section, and some looks are sold as complete outfits with a discount when you buy every piece. This helps if you want a whole look rather than hunting for separates that match.
• Returns can go back into stock, or become store credit — NA-KD says it inspects every return and puts about 97% back into stock, selling the rest through second-hand partners. The return portal also lets you take your refund as a gift card instead of money, and that option has no return fee. There is a second-hand section too, where account holders can list their own used NA-KD pieces in exchange for store credit.

More money-saving tips for NA-KD

• Buy in a sitewide event, not the week before — NA-KD runs frequent sitewide promotions: at the end of September 2026 everything was 30% off, new-season coats included. Coats at £69.95 to £119.95 full price add up fast, so if you are eyeing outerwear, wait for one of these events. Put the pieces in your likes list while you wait, then check the basket total when the next offer starts.
• Make the £59 threshold work for you — Delivery was free from £59 when we checked, with a £4.95 charge below that. On a single sale-priced knit that charge is a big share of the order. It's better to combine pieces into one order, especially basics you'd buy anyway. The basket tells you how much more you need for free delivery.
• Think about returns before you order — UK returns cost £5.95, taken off your refund, plus £1 for each extra item if you send back four or more from one order. The window is 15 days from delivery. Ordering three sizes 'to see' therefore costs real money. Use the size guide, read the fit notes on the product page and order the size you expect to keep.
• Consider the gift-card refund — In the return portal you can take your refund as an NA-KD gift card instead of money. That option comes with no return fee and a faster refund. It only makes sense if you're sure you'll shop there again: gift cards are valid for one year. Vouchers NA-KD issues itself last six months.
• Check Special Prices first — The outlet holds more than a thousand earlier-season styles at permanent reductions of 40 to 60%. Blazers, suit trousers and wool coats are well represented. Before you pay full price for a tailored piece, look there first: an almost identical cut from last season often costs half as much.
• Register your return online and keep the receipt — UK orders no longer come with a paper return label. You register the return in the Return Portal, get a label there and drop the parcel at an Evri ParcelShop, not a postbox. Only items from the same order may share a parcel. Keep the drop-off receipt until your refund arrives, which can take 14 to 21 days.
• Report faults through the portal quickly — Faulty or damaged items are also registered through the Return Portal: the FAQ says claims no longer go through customer care. Do it promptly and add photos. Under UK consumer law a genuinely faulty item isn't the same as a change of mind, so you shouldn't be charged the standard return fee for it. If the portal deducts one anyway, raise it with customer care.
