How a MORE Nutrition discount code works

At morenutrition.co.uk the discount field is in the checkout, not in the basket. The help centre is clear on this: codes are entered at checkout, you check that the total has dropped before you pay, and a code cannot be added after the order is placed. It calls the idea the Smart Swap: replace a sugary habit with something that tastes similar but carries less sugar, fat or calories. That shapes the whole shop. Where most sports-nutrition sites open with kilo bags of whey, this one leads with syrups, flavour sachets and iced-coffee powders. The UK site has its own domain, sterling prices, a British Instagram account and a UK returns address. The legal seller behind it is still the German parent. That is Quality First GmbH at Werner-von-Siemens-Straße 8 in Elmshorn, registered at the Pinneberg district court.

The UK catalogue is compact. At the time of writing the storefront listed around 50 items, including bundles, tasterboxes and shakers. It is organised as Protein Powder, Protein Bars, Less Sugar, Protein Snacks, Cooking & Baking and Beauty & Health. The best-known line is Chunky Flavour. It is a flavour powder you stir into yoghurt, quark, coffee or porridge, sold in 150 g tubs at £18.99. The brand says a 3 g serving has the sweetness of about 50 g of sugar for 6 to 12 kcal. The powder contains lactase and chicory inulin. Zerup is the other staple: 65 ml bottles of sugar-free drink syrup at £6.99 or £7.99, in around 19 flavours. The range runs from Lemon Iced Tea and Blackcurrant to cocktail-style flavours such as Hugo and Pina Colada.

The protein range is also built around taste. More Protein Milkshake Style blends whey with calcium caseinate for a thick shake. It gives up to 27 g of protein per serving and costs £36.99 for 600 g, which is £61.65 a kilo. More Clear is a clear whey isolate that drinks like juice or iced tea, in flavours such as Pure Apple and Virgin Mojito, at £43.99 for 600 g. Protein Iced Coffee (£38.99 for 500 g, including a decaf option) and a Protein Iced Matcha Latte turn protein into a café drink. The snack shelf holds soft More Protein Bars at £28.89 for ten, two-bite Satisbites with glucomannan, and Protein Tortilla Chips. These are premium prices per gram of protein. You are paying for flavour and format, not for the cheapest protein in the country.

Quality claims are more specific than usual. The brand says its products are developed and tested in Germany, made in FSSC 22000-certified production and put through more than 100,000 quality tests a year. An information page lists the external lab checks run on each batch of several products, covering microbial counts, heavy metals and protein content. It says those analyses appear under an Analyses tab on the product pages. Some of the lines it names, such as Total Protein and several capsule supplements, were not on sale in the UK at the time of writing. The newer supplement shelf does sell in the UK: Creatine + Carnitine sticks with 3 g of creatine a day, Creatine+ and Biotic+ Gummies, Daily Biotic Sticks and a Collagen+ powder.

Reputation is easy to measure but needs reading carefully. On Trustpilot the company's main profile, listed under the German domain, had 153,333 reviews at the time of writing, a TrustScore of 4.3 and about 71% five-star ratings against about 4% one-star. Only around 1,100 of those reviews are in English, so the picture is mostly German. The recurring complaint in English is stock: favourite flavours sell out, restocks are hard to catch, and some items carry a per-order quantity limit. The company answers almost every negative review, but Trustpilot flags that it uses AI-assisted replies, and English reviewers often get a reply in German. No Feefo listing turned up for the brand.
