Discounting here is quieter than the banners imply, and that is to the shop's credit. Across eight ordinary category listings only 7 of 154 product tiles carried a struck-through reference price at all. The sale hub holds 165 products out of a furniture catalogue of roughly 2,400, and on its first page 14 of 24 tiles showed a before-price. The reductions cluster low and honest: 11 to 38 per cent, with most sitting near a fifth off. The sofa sale is 19 items out of 194, discounted between 6 and 33 per cent.

The headline percentages are the part that does not survive a click. The navigation advertises fifty per cent off lighting and up to fifty per cent off doors, and the about copy claims savings of up to fifty per cent against the high street. The homepage says anything in stock is normally available for next-day delivery; the delivery page says there are thousands of items in stock for delivery tomorrow, asterisked with the line that next day excludes bank holidays and is subject to cut-off times. No cut-off time is published anywhere on the site. The only cut-off table we could find is a Christmas one whose dates — Friday 22 December, Wednesday 27 December — belong to 2023 and are still live.
