FOREO Discount Code November 2026
FOREO is a Swedish beauty-tech brand that sells devices rather than jars: silicone cleansing brushes from the LUNA line, microcurrent tools from the BEAR line, LED and radio-frequency devices, and silicone sonic toothbrushes. UK shoppers buy from the brand's own international store at foreo.com, where the United Kingdom is one of the delivery countries in the selector. When we checked, the store's UK delivery estimate was just a day or so after ordering. There is no separate UK website to hunt for: you pick the United Kingdom as your delivery country and order through the same checkout as the rest of the brand's customers.

How a FOREO discount code works
A discount code goes in at the basket, not on the payment page. In the first step, where your order is shown, there is a small 'Coupon code' link; click it, type the code exactly, confirm with the plus button and the total in the summary updates. If you cannot see the field, you have probably already moved one step too far through checkout.
The rules are stricter than at many online shops and are set out on the support page about orders. A code cannot be combined with other running promotions or offers on the site unless that is stated explicitly. Only one code can be used per order, so stacking is not possible. And a code can be tied to particular products: it then works only on that model and not on the rest of your basket. If there is already a promotion on the device you want, work out both routes separately rather than hoping they add up.
FOREO shares regular discounts through three fixed channels. The newsletter sign-up at the bottom of every page promises 15% off your first order. The footer also links to a youth and student discount, which does not run through the site itself but through an external verification service where you first prove your status. And the outlet page with previous-generation devices advertises an extra site-wide promotion on top of the already reduced devices; the exact amount changes per campaign, so read what the page says on the day.
Make sure the United Kingdom is set as your delivery country before you build a basket, because the store shows prices and delivery estimates per country. Then compare any discount with the bundle price before you go looking for a code: with this brand, the bundle is more often the real saving than the code.
About FOREO
The story FOREO tells about itself starts in Sweden, with a silicone facial cleansing brush that the brand presents as the first of its kind. The name, it says, is not Latin for anything but a contraction of 'FOR EveryOne', an idea founder Filip Sedić says he took from Queen's song 'Heaven For Everyone'. That LUNA still sounds lunar is no accident: according to the company page, the device is named after the silicone material used for the soles of Neil Armstrong's boots. FOREO says it does everything in-house, from concept and hardware engineering to app development and customer service, and talks of thirteen logistics centres worldwide. Those figures come from the brand and cannot be checked from the outside.
For a UK customer, the practical point is that foreo.com is one international store. The country selector lists the United Kingdom alongside the brand's other delivery countries, each with its own delivery estimate, and the order runs through the same basket and checkout. The terms on the site name an EU company as the supplier for European orders, so it is worth reading the terms that appear for your delivery country at checkout, particularly on returns and on who handles a warranty claim, because the UK sits outside the EU and the support pages treat EU and non-EU deliveries differently, for example on payment methods.
The range is organised into product lines that each stand for one technology. LUNA is cleansing with silicone touchpoints and T-Sonic pulsations; BEAR is microcurrent for firming facial massage; UFO is a short mask treatment with light and warmth; ISSA is the silicone sonic toothbrush; ESPADA uses blue and red LED light against blemishes; IRIS targets the eye area; PEACH is IPL hair removal; KIWI works with vacuum suction; and the FAQ series combines radio frequency with LED panels and facial wands. There is also a small skincare section sold alongside the devices: cleansing foam, cleansing balms and conductive serums. A confusing detail: FAQ is both a product line and the name of the help pages, so searching for 'FOREO FAQ' can land you on a device costing hundreds or on customer service.
The hygiene argument is the heart of the marketing and deserves some explanation. The devices are covered in what FOREO calls body-safe or medical-grade silicone instead of nylon bristles. According to the brand, that surface is bacteria-resistant and thirty-five times more hygienic than a nylon-bristle brush, and the pattern of tiny touchpoints is said to work on the 'lotus effect', so that dirt cannot cling to it. There are no brush heads to replace, and the brand calls the devices one hundred per cent waterproof. What it does not give is an IP rating: on the pages we read, FOREO publishes no standardised water-resistance class, only the marketing wording. And 'no replacement parts' has a flip side: the brand's own battery page lists more than seventy models with a built-in lithium battery that the user cannot replace.
It pays to read the efficacy claims carefully, and FOREO itself is careful in the small print. Almost every percentage on the site carries a source line: 'based on third-party clinical study' or 'based on consumer study'. Read those lines and you find small panels over short periods: fifty women aged 26 to 58 over 28 days for the LUNA line, forty participants over thirty days for BEAR variants, thirty participants over 28 days for the FAQ series. Figures such as '99% of dirt, oil and make-up residue removed' or '86% of users say their skin feels firmer' are therefore manufacturer claims based on research the manufacturer commissioned, partly self-reported by participants. That does not make them worthless, but it is not the same as an independently established dermatological result.
Its public reputation is robust enough to say something about. On Trustpilot, foreo.com stood at around 4.5 out of 5 across more than six thousand reviews when the diski.nl page was written, which is enough volume to read a pattern. Recurring praise concerns fast, helpful customer service, including replacements outside the warranty. Recurring criticism concerns the durability of some devices, claims rejected after the warranty period as normal wear and tear, and chatbots where people would rather have spoken to a person. The company replies actively: according to its Trustpilot page, FOREO answers around 98% of negative reviews, usually within two weeks. Reviews on foreo.com itself run through Bazaarvoice, an external platform, rather than an in-house moderation system.
Why shop at FOREO?
- Straight from the manufacturer, with the warranty in your name — Buy on foreo.com and the warranty runs through your own FOREO account. You register the serial number found on the bottom of the device or on the packaging, or scan the barcode or pair via Bluetooth. That puts the warranty claim with the brand itself rather than with a reseller, which matters because FOREO only handles a claim through the website, not through the app.
- The LUNA line: cleansing without replacement brush heads — The whole cleansing line uses fixed silicone touchpoints instead of replaceable brush heads. That saves a repeat purchase and, according to FOREO, is more hygienic than nylon because dirt does not cling to the surface. Within the line you choose by skin type and size: a full-size version, a mini for the T-zone, a travel size, a body version and a men's version that also covers the beard.
- The BEAR line: microcurrent with a built-in brake — BEAR 2 works with microcurrent of up to 680 microamps, spread across four current types for tension, lift, tapping and sculpting. The brand claims it is the most powerful at-home device in its category. More important for the user is the Anti-Shock System, which according to FOREO measures the skin's moisture and resistance up to two hundred times a second, adjusts the current accordingly and only delivers it on skin contact.
- Battery life that varies a lot by line — All devices charge via USB, but the stated running time differs widely: FOREO quotes up to around six hundred uses per charge for the cleansing brush, roughly three hundred minutes of use for the microcurrent device and up to a year for the sonic toothbrush. The company page claiming the products last 'a full year on one charge' is therefore too broad; look at the figure for the model you are considering.
- Waterproof, with no parts to buy — The devices are sold as one hundred per cent waterproof and easy to clean, so they work in the shower or over the basin. FOREO stresses that you never need to buy extra parts and pitches a device as a one-off investment. Bear in mind that no standardised water-resistance rating appears on the product pages, and that the lithium battery is built in.
- Bundles where the matching skincare effectively comes free — Bundles on the home page have been priced at the device price alone. The cleansing bundle pairs the brush with the matching cleansing foam, and the microcurrent bundle includes the conductive serum, for the price of the device on its own when the diski.nl page was checked. If you would buy that foam or serum anyway, the bundle is usually the cheapest route.
- An outlet with previous generations — Under Special Offers, FOREO sells discontinued, previous-generation devices with reductions of up to about half. The brand says plainly that these models will not be restocked. If you do not need the latest massage patterns or app features, that is the sharpest way into the whole site, but check for each model whether it falls under the standard warranty, because a few older series are excluded.

More money-saving tips for FOREO
- Weigh the bundle against the single price plus a code — Because one code cannot be combined with a running promotion, the choice is usually either the bundle price or the single price with a code. When the cleansing bundle costs the same as the brush alone, the foam is effectively free, so a code has to save more than the value of that foam before the single-item route wins.
- Register the device as soon as it arrives — The warranty runs through registration in your account, using the serial number on the bottom of the device or on the box. FOREO advises charging the device for at least two hours first, because some models come locked out of the box and will not switch on at the press of a button. Do this while you still have the box and receipt: a claim asks for proof of purchase and the serial number.
- Keep the packaging during the cooling-off period — The support page states that only unopened products can be returned within fourteen days of delivery, with an exception clause for certain countries, while the terms describe a fourteen-day statutory withdrawal right under which you may try the device to establish its nature and functioning. The two texts do not line up neatly, so keep the full packaging and put any cancellation in writing. Return postage is at your own expense under the terms.
- Choose within a line by skin type, not price — The cleansing brush comes with three surface types, for normal, sensitive or combination skin, with three cleansing modes and sixteen intensities. The differences between models are therefore not only in size but in the softness of the touchpoints. Choose by discount rather than skin type and you can easily end up with a device that is too firm or too gentle for you.
- Check your payment method before filling the basket — On its payments support page, FOREO lists only Visa and Mastercard for delivery within the EU, with a longer list for deliveries outside the EU. As the UK is outside the EU, look at what the checkout actually offers for a UK address before entering a code that may only be valid for a short time.
- Use the outlet, but read the warranty exclusions — The outlet sells previous generations at much lower prices and is not restocked. The warranty text, however, excludes a number of series from the two-year cover, including the play line and some entry-level models. Look up the exact model in the warranty terms before deciding on price; with a built-in battery, cover is not a detail.
- Let the app help with routines and a lost device — The FOREO For You app links the device to your account, offers guided routines and personal settings, and has a 'find my device' function. Registration can also be done through that link. For a warranty claim, though, do not use the app: according to the instructions you submit it on the website, together with a short clip showing the problem.
